Thursday May 17th: Discover Constanza Piña’s research about Khipus, node weaving system from the Inca empire, using the binary language to store information. The event will be hoted at Perte de Signal (5445 avenue De Gaspe) from 6 pm to 10 pm. Constanza’s work is mainly focused on experimenting with electronic media, open-source technologies and DIWO practices. This project was originally developped for Mexico’s National Center of Culture and Arts.
